Fifteen years turning complex problems into products people rely on.
I’m a Product Manager and CX/UX Strategist with an MBA and a foundation in graphic and product design. I connect user research, business goals, and technical constraints to shape product experiences—from global e-commerce to connected hardware.
How I got here.
I started in graphic design and kept chasing the harder question underneath the work — not "how should this look," but "what should this be, and for whom." That pulled me into UX, and then into strategy.
My work spans building controls, smart-building platforms, and connected hardware at Johnson Controls, alongside on-device and healthcare product experiences at Brady. Designing for operators and technicians taught me to connect product decisions to the real cost of confusing workflows, slow commissioning, and missed information.
I returned to Johnson Controls in 2024 as Solutions Navigator UX Lead — Product Manager. I lead UX strategy for its global e-commerce platform, streamline purchasing journeys, and partner with analytics teams on customer satisfaction and conversion. My work also includes AI-assisted design processes, accessibility, and mentoring designers and stakeholders.
A few principles.
Make the decision visible.
In the Code Strategy Workshop, a shared benefit-versus-effort framework helped the group turn competing ideas into priorities.
Design for users who didn't choose this.
Operators and technicians are often required to use what we build. That's a higher bar, not a lower one.
Test the behavior, not just the screen.
Print Engine testing showed that people pressed Print before looking for settings. That observation changed the interaction we delivered.
Resolve constraints together.
For Facility Manager Portal, UX, product, analysts, and engineering worked through commissioning feasibility together before handoff.
